While we teach on 170-liter boards, we generally do not recommend purchasing a board that large for your personal setup. Most riders quickly outgrow that size.

For many beginner wingfoilers, a board between 120 and 130 liters is a great first purchase. This size provides enough stability for progression while remaining useful as your skills improve.

Choosing the Right Wingfoil Board

Your first board should help you progress, not challenge you unnecessarily.

Matching Your Rear Wing

• 2200 cm² front wing → 20 cm rear wing

• 1800 cm² front wing → 18 cm rear wing

75 cm and 85 cm
